1. Stage One: Contact Prestige Bathroom Installations

Once we have your contact details we will arrange a visit to your home and discuss your ideas and hopes for your bathroom installation. This would be the time that we would ascertain what type of service you would like us to offer.

You may already have ordered your bathroom and therefore only require an installation quotation or we can provide a complete design and installation service with bathroom design through our supplier of bathrooms and joinery. The choice is yours.

2. Stage Two: Quotation & Agree Payment Terms

Once you have received the quotation and agreed the payment terms and schedule of works you may have further issues that you wish to clarify before proceeding with the bathroom installation.

We would be happy to answer any outstanding issues you may have and hopefully satisfy your needs. Should you now decide that we are the company of choice for your bathroom installation we would start the process of finalising the ordering of your bathroom.

This would require you sourcing the style of bathroom from our suppliers’ very informative brochure which we will give you. Once a delivery date is secured we will contact you and organise a suitable start date to commence works already agreed.

3. Stage Three: Confirm Start Date

On the start date at a time agreed by both parties, Prestige bathroom installers will introduce themselves and discuss the process of the install.

They will protect all thoroughfare areas with Packexe floor protection and dust sheets which will also be used in conjunction so as to minimise any dust and other building material spillages etc.

Prestige bathroom installers will do all they can to minimise disruption which unfortunately is a by-product of building work and house renovation.

4. Stage Four: Building Work Commences

Building work commences. Should outside contractors be required to install Utilities such as Gas etc, Prestige will project manage contractors supplied and trusted by us and all contractors used would be covered within the quotation and public liability insured.

Customer input throughout the building process is essential to maintaining a cohesive successful bathroom installation so customers will be constantly communicated with on all major decisions.

5. Stage Five: Enjoy Your New Bathroom

Project is now complete and the bathroom has now been cleaned and polished and ready for use.

Final payment is now due.
